• Are Nvidia GPUs the modern-day ponzi scheme? An interesting article from the FT. It would certainly be fascinating if the current day GPU / AI investment boom mirrors prior investment booms, and ends similarly (in a horrible bust). It does bring back memories to the TMT (tech, media, and telecom) bubble years of the late 90’s - early 00’s with the subsequent busts of the likes of Worldcom, and the property/mortgage boom-bust in the mid - late 00’s, that destroyed mortgage lenders and even several investment banks such as Lehman Brothers.
